What is the Recommended broker, or what is a good broker, that will let you place the following: Inter-market and intra-market futures spreads, Options on futures, and of course, futures outrights as well. Also, ice data and the ability to place trades in ice traded instruments needs to be an option. I suppose I could research this myself but thought I'd save myself the time if Joe, Andy or marco could recommend. Thanks.

Honestly, inter-market spreads will be a problem. With IB you can create your own "syntetic" spreads like CL-HO, ZW-ZS and so on but you get only fills "not GUARANTEED". With other brokers who support CQG the CQG QTrader would be a good option. With QTrader you can trade all exchange traded spreads and it is very inexpensive with only $40/months.

If you want to get very professional regarding inter-market spreads you would need to look into Spread Trader from CQG. But with $1,500/month (in addition you will need the Integrated Client with $850/month) very, very expensive.

Best,
Andy

PS All the rest like options, futures, Ice Data you can trade with almost any broker!

Derivative transactions, including futures, are complex and carry a high degree of risk. They are intended for sophisticated investors and are not suitable for everyone. There are numerous other factors related to the markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program which cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results, and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results. For more information, see the Risk Disclosure Statement for Futures and Options.
