Beginner Trader

Our goal for you as a beginner trader, is for you to build a solid foundation.  In order to achieve this, you must have a direction that will lead you on the right trading path.  Let's begin.

It all starts with a simple philosophy and that is, "a chart, is a chart, is a chart" no matter what the market.  We feel strongly enough about this concept that we offer you two FREE eBooks, giving you very detailed explanations of the "The Law of Charts" (TLOC) and the "Traders Trick Entry" (TTE), along with our FREE weekly Chart Scan Newsletter that shows you examples and invaluable trading articles. Sign up at the top of this page, and within seconds you'll receive an email in your inbox, please confirm to receive your free EBooks. After studying the TLOC and TTE, and you still feel the need for a further, deeper explanation, then we highly recommend Joe Ross' recorded webinar, "Trading All Markets Recorded Webinar". Also, sign up under our free "Members Only" area and join us in our trading forum.

The next logical step is your first lesson in trading and that is with our eBook titled "Futures - From The Beginning".  This eBook is from the beginning and will give you the basics.  You'll gain more knowledge in just this one EBook than some traders who have been in the industry for years!

Also, a trading plan is essential for every trader, and is a critical part to building your solid foundation.  Without a trading plan, you are setting yourself up for failure.  Under our "Members Only" section you will find a checklist of items that should be included within your trading plan.

Before making "real money" trades, we strongly suggest you start off by using a simulated trading program (SIMS).

At any time, you need to ask questions, please feel free to contact us.

Once you are familiar with the basics and trading terminology, your next step will be to determine which market(s) and type of trading that would best fit you.  Feel free to navigate through our Intermediate and Advanced Traders page.

If this lifestyle appeals to you and you are serious, Trading is a Business will help solidify your foundation and put you in the right mindset, you must treat "trading" as a business.

Trading Educators teaches and offers valuable resources for all types of trading and markets.

LEVEL - What trading level best describes you?

Beginning Trader – A trader's life is appealing to you, it seems interesting and intriguing, but you don't know where to start your education about trading, and what exactly it takes to become a trader.  Let's start now, here is your first lesson on trading and we reference this throughout our site - you should refer to trading as a business.  It is very important to us that you understand all aspects of the profession; first and foremost you need a trading plan which includes proper trade and money management.  Start Here!

Intermediate and Advanced Traders – You know the basic terminology or have years of trading experience, developed a solid trading plan, determined which market(s) best suits you, and you are using a simulated trading program or have placed real money trades.  Feel free to browse our products and services, or use the filter option below.

eBooks      Hardcover Books     Trading Methods      Trading Advisory      Recorded Webinars

TIME - What fits into your schedule?

Short Term Trading - You are able to watch the markets during the day and trades lasting from a couple of minutes to a couple of days.

Long Term Trading - You are able to watch the markets only once a day and trades lasting a couple of days until a couple of weeks or even months.

Automated System Trading - This is an option for those who don't have time or an interest in learning how to trade.  We offer a broker referral that will trade our products, Ambush and Stealth for you.

MARKET - What markets are you interested in?

Futures (Options on Futures, Spread Trading) - Futures trading is buying or selling, through a futures exchange, a standard quantity and quality of a specific asset.  For example:  gold, cattle, wheat, etc.

Forex (Foreign Exchange) - Forex stands for foreign exchange and is where currency is traded, the world's most traded market.

ETFs/Stock (Options on Stocks) - ETF stands for exchange-traded funds which are investment funds that tracks indexes and are traded on stock exchanges.

GOAL - What are your trading goals?

I want to be a trader.  You must learn the terminology and which market(s) you want to trade.  Beginner traders start here.  For all other traders, feel free to browse our products at the menu above or scroll down to further filter our products.

I want to make money, but I don't want to learn about trading.  We offer services that handle trading for you:  Ambush Signals (note, you will be redirected) and Instant Income Guaranteed.

I am looking for "wealth building" with longer term options.  We offer services and products that require little to no trading knowledge and background:  Money Master eBook and Instant Income Guaranteed.

THE RISK OF LOSS IN TRADING COMMODITIES CAN BE SUBSTANTIAL. YOU SHOULD THEREFORE CAREFULLY CONSIDER WHETHER SUCH TRADING IS SUITABLE FOR YOU IN LIGHT OF YOUR FINANCIAL CONDITION. THE HIGH DEGREE OF LEVERAGE THAT IS OFTEN OBTAINABLE IN COMMODITY TRADING CAN WORK AGAINST YOU AS WELL AS FOR YOU. THE USE OF LEVERAGE CAN LEAD TO LARGE LOSSES AS WELL AS GAINS. PAST RESULTS ARE NOT INDICATIVE OF FUTURE RESULTS. HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE MANY INHERENT LIMITATIONS, SOME OF WHICH ARE DESCRIBED BELOW. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN FACT, THERE ARE FREQUENTLY SHARP DIFFERENCES BETWEEN HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND THE ACTUAL RESULTS SUBSEQUENTLY ACHIEVED BY ANY PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM. ONE OF THE LIMITATIONS OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS IS THAT THEY ARE GENERALLY PREPARED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. THERE ARE NUMEROUS OTHER FACTORS RELATED TO THE MARKETS IN GENERAL OR TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF ANY SPECIFIC TRADING PROGRAM WHICH CANNOT BE FULLY ACCOUNTED FOR IN THE PREPARATION OF HYPOTHETICAL PERFORMANCE RESULTS AND ALL OF WHICH CAN ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS.

ANY TESTIMONIALS CONTAINED HEREIN WERE PROVIDED WITHOUT COMPENSATION. WHILE THE EXPERIENCES DESCRIBED ARE BELIEVED TO BE TRUE, THEIR CLAIMS MAY HAVE NOT BEEN INDEPENDENTLY VERIFIED, NOR HAVE PHOTOS BEEN AUTHENTICATED, NOR ANY ATTEMPT BEEN MADE TO DETERMINE THE EXPERIENCE OF THE INDIVIDUALS AFTER THE TESTIMONIALS WERE GIVEN. TESTIMONIALS ONLY PROVIDE THE PERSPECTIVE OF INDIVIDUALS WHO WERE SUCCESSFUL AND SATISFIED WITH THEIR EXPERIENCE. THE AVERAGE TRADER MAY OR MAY NOT EXPERIENCE SIMILAR RESULTS. PEOPLE CAN AND DO LOSE MONEY TRADING FUTURES.

CFTC RULE 4.41 - HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFIT OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN. IN ADDITION, HYPOTHETICAL TRADING DOES NOT INVOLVE FINANCIAL RISK, AND NO HYPOTHETICAL TRADING RECORD CAN COMPLETELY ACCOUNT FOR THE IMPACT OF FINANCIAL RISK IN ACTUAL TRADING. FOR EXAMPLE, THE ABILITY TO WITHSTAND LOSSES OR ADHERE TO A PARTICULAR TRADING PROGRAM IN SPITE OF TRADING LOSSES ARE MATERIAL POINTS WHICH CAN ALSO ADVERSELY AFFECT ACTUAL TRADING RESULTS. RESULTS NOT ADJUSTED FOR COMMISSION AND SLIPPAGE.

SEASONAL TENDENCIES ARE A COMPOSITE OF SOME OF THE MORE CONSISTENT COMMODITY FUTURES SEASONALS THAT HAVE OCCURRED OVER THE PAST 15 YEARS. THERE ARE USUALLY UNDERLYING FUNDAMENTAL CIRCUMSTANCES THAT OCCUR ANNUALLY THAT TEND TO CAUSE THE FUTURES MARKETS TO REACT IN A SIMILAR DIRECTIONAL MANNER DURING A CERTAIN CALENDAR PERIOD OF THE YEAR. EVEN IF A SEASONAL TENDENCY OCCURS IN THE FUTURE, IT MAY NOT RESULT IN A PROFITABLE TRANSACTION AS FEES, AND THE TIMING OF THE ENTRY AND LIQUIDATION MAY IMPACT ON THE RESULTS.

NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL, OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE DISCUSSED WITHIN THIS SITE, SUPPORT AND TEXTS. OUR COURSE(S), PRODUCTS AND SERVICES SHOULD BE USED AS LEARNING AIDS ONLY AND SHOULD NOT BE USED TO INVEST REAL MONEY. IF YOU DECIDE TO INVEST REAL MONEY, ALL TRADING DECISIONS SHOULD BE YOUR OWN.
